Facilities 3rd. Near badger hide.Toilet Video and photos


Sawdust toilet. Recycling. Washing up area with rainwater collection video.


Similar to other three sawdust toilets (One at top meadow, one near the caravan)
This one is at  the turning area, near the badger hide.
Much nearer for the pitches "Brock" "Bulbs" "Sett" "Rising Sun" "Coppice" and "Belle".

A little drinking water also available:- Please recycle the containers.

  •  refill gallon containers at standpipe in lane.
  • collect a gallon container from reception hatch.
  • bring some with you as a starter.
  • buy sealed supermarket water from our shop gallery 
  • (honesty pot at reception hatch)

Trolley good for carrying baggage to pitches "Hoot" "  "Bobtail" "Aero" "Hawk" "Drone".
Ask if you want to borrow it to unload.

 Cooking:- gas cannisters, disposable BBQ' , charcoal, etc.
Remember not to use these inside your tent or entrance canopy.

Wind up torch, bottle opener, can opener.
                                                       Kitchen roll, toilet roll, foil, food bags.

For your convenience, we stock some basic items.
It is a fraction dearer than the supermarkets, by way of a handling charge, etc.
I can stock something in particular if it saves you carrying.


Jam, pasta, rice, oil, cereal, tins soup, tomatoes, beans, uht milk.
fridge/freezer:-
 sometimes bacon, butter, milk etc. or pre-order for a small handling charge.
Ice cubes, ice sticks, ice lollies, 
campfire toastables - rolls, bread, etc.














As a memento of your woodland visit:-
Wooden stools, bowls, boats and gifts,
yew canoe, punt, container ship, ebony barge and a whole raft of others for sale.
Sticks and staffs.
